Pesticide Testing

With any plant that can be ingested or consumed, it is important to ensure it is free of pesticides; cannabis is no different.  Pesticides can cause a myriad of chronic issues with prolonged exposure.  At 3B Analytical we offer a comprehensive examination for residual pesticides utilizing the latest gas chromatography and mass spectrometry technology.  You have the right to know if your marijuana is safe and not contaminated with any number of dangerous chemicals.

3B Analytical utilizes proper instrumentation, researched and documented methodologies, and excellent standards and practices to ensure we deliver you accurate results.  Our technology can detect pesticide residues present in a sample to as low as 0.1 ppm (parts per million); any higher would fail the pesticide screening.  We abide by HB 3460 requirements and test for the targeted pesticides on the list amongst many other dangerous compounds present in our testing standard and in our digital reference library of known pesticide compounds.  This screening includes: Organophosphates, chlorinated hydrocarbons, carbamates, and pyrethroids.

Beware some cannabis labs in Oregon offer this service that do not have the technology to meet the HB 3460 pesticide residue screening requirements.  3B Analytical has invested in the most modern laboratory equipment to meet these requirements with a fraction of the sample size you will find at other cannabis labs.  Our pesticide screening protects you and your OMMP patients.
